Return & Replacement Policy
We at Cozmetica understand the importance of Returns & Replacements when it comes to shopping online. But, in order to evade fraudulent activities, following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:
- Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.
- Claims must be raised within 24hours of delivery date. Any claim raised after 24 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Claimed item must not be unsealed / opened / used and should stay in its original packaging & condition.
- Replacement will only be issued against claims that are posted back to our warehouse in 7 days of delivery date. Once the return is received and analyzed by quality assurance team, replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.
- Customers can choose to send the item back to our address or request a pick-up and our team will arrange pickup via the logistic partners (if the facility is available in the concerned city/area).
- The items being returned are customers' responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so should be properly packed to avoid delivery damages.
- Replacement of same product & shade will be preferred. Change of mind or shade or product is not encouraged for replacement – please report the case in detail to Customer Service team for any possibility.

Delivery Time: Our delivery time nationwide is 3-5 working days or earlier, after the order has been confirmed. The delivery time of all orders is subject to change depending on weather and public safety conditions.
Tracking the Order: Once the order is dispatched & out for delivery, customers will receive a text message with the details of the tracking number and courier company that is processing their order. Customers can track their order after the 24 hours of the order has been dispatched by entering their tracking number in courier’s portal. Riders are advised to contact customers at the time of delivery, so customers are required to be available on the contact number they have provided in shipping details.

Shipping Charges: Our nationwide delivery charges are Rs.200, and we offer free delivery on order value of Rs.3000 and above. Our free delivery & free gift promotions are offered from time to time.
Giveaway Promotions/Free Gifts: Giveaway gifts are totally effort based and winners’ selection is done keeping in view these efforts. In free gifts promotions free gifts will be delivered to only those customers who fall in the free gift criteria (time, date, minimum order value)
