We are an online store only.
Our office is based at DHA III - Lahore, and you can visit us during working hours (Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) for order pickup or any product/service query.
Our delivery time nationwide is 3-5 working days or earlier.
Please make sure that complete address and active mobile number in mentioned with the order to help the delivery on time (incomplete information may cause delay in delivery).
To place an order follow these steps:
1. Add to cart any item
2. Click "Checkout"
3. Enter detailed information
4. Check shipping information & charges.
5. Select payment option.
6. Order confirmation message
We facilitate following payment methods/options:
1. Cash on delivery (COD)
2. Debit / Credit Card
3. Bank Transfer - if required (please contact customer service for guidance).
You will receive the order confirmation and order shipment details via Email on the provided ID.
Also, kindly check “Spam” folder or “Promotions” tab in your email, as sometimes the emails may get delivered in these sections.
If you have any discount code with you, you can use it by entering the code during checkout process. Or leave the discount code field empty.
You can auto track your order on our website's with our chat widget's help:

3. Enter Order ID & Email then click Search.
4. Click on Shipment Number
