Benefits:

Rich and nourishing, Conatural’s Organic Avocado oil helps to add strength, shine and condition to hair and skin. It also nourishes the skin and is said to help protect it from ultraviolet rays. This is because the oil contains 20% essential unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, B, C and E, proteins, lecithin and potassium. Organic Avocado oil is known to reduce age spots and the appearance of scars because it has a high content of unsaponifiables (sterolins) that soften and moisturize skin's upper layer.

Cold-pressing the flesh of the avocado makes avocado oil. It takes ten fruits to produce one teaspoon of the rich and thick oil, which absorbs easily.

Usage:

Carrier Oil:

Conatural's Avocado oil is an excellent carrier oil for any of Conatural’s essential oils. It can effectively be used in skin conditioning facial and body massage.

Moisturizer:

Boost your skin’s ability to generate more and stronger cells by moisturizing with avocado oil. The vitamin E, potassium, and lecithin, which are the primary skin-feeding nutrients in the oil, are all easily absorbed through the epidermis – the outermost layer of the skin – and into the dermis where they provide energy for the growth and health of new skin as well as fortification of existing cells. 

Not suitable for those with nut allergies. Certain products can be allergic to some people. Test patch on inner elbow and leave for thirty minutes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid getting product directly in eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with clean water. Keep out of reach of children. Store under 30°C and in a cool and dry environment and out of direct sunlight.
